Demineralisation process involves removal of minerals by means of Ion Exchange Resins. Demineralization of water is achieved by passing water through Cation Resin Column and then though Anion Resin Column. When minerals, which are salts of acid and base, dissolve in water, they get ionized in to Cations and Anions. Water demineralization thus is process of removing these Cation and Anions.


The Commercial Industrial Reverse Osmosis Plant are engineered as per the client’s technical specifications and in accordance to the standards & requirements of the particular industry. RO involves separating water from a solution of dissolved solids by forcing water through a semi- permeable membrane.

A water softener is a fairly simple appliance that is stocked with salt. In water softening process the water supply passes through the water softener over resin beds, rows of resin beads perform an ion-exchange. The resin beads chemically attract the unwanted ‘hard’ mineral ions and exchange them with sodium ions. Softener resin is mainly strong acid Cation resin.

Ultra Filtration Treatment (UF) is a pressure-driven barrier to suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, endotoxins and other pathogens to produce water with very high purity and low silt density. Typically, ultrafiltration will remove high molecular-weight substances, colloidal materials, silt (SDI), and organic and inorganic polymeric molecules. It serves as a pretreatment for surface water, seawater, and biologically treated municipal effluent before reverse osmosis and other membrane systems.
